User Agreement

This User Agreement governs access to bond-nodesk.one and purchased services from SummitForge Academy. For questions, email team@bond-nodesk.one.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would refer to another jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to SummitForge Academy services shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Seoul, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule requires a different venue for individuals domiciled in Korea. SummitForge Academy will identify the specific tribunal and procedural steps in any formal notice. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written correspondence for at least fifteen business days before initiating litigation, except where injunctive relief is necessary to protect confidential materials shared during workshops.

Liability caps

To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, SummitForge Academy’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from training, advisory sessions, or related materials shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. SummitForge Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, goodwill impairment, or operational delays, except where such limitation is prohibited for consumers. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct. Participants remain responsible for decisions they implement after training.

Service description

SummitForge Academy provides live workshops, cohort-based programs, and advisory support for conference organizers and related marketing teams. Deliverables include facilitation, templates, and in-session feedback unless a separate written statement of work specifies otherwise. Services are professional education and coaching, not legal, accounting, or regulated market brokerage. You are responsible for obtaining stakeholder sign-off from your own external reviewers where required. Materials are licensed for internal use within the purchasing organization and may not be resold or republished publicly without written permission.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, submitting a contact form, or ordering services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. SummitForge Academy may update these terms to reflect operational or quality standards changes; material updates will be posted with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for browsing and information requests; separately executed contracts govern purchased services until amended in writing.

Termination & suspension

Either party may terminate a services agreement in accordance with the cancellation provisions in the Refund & Cancellation policy and any order form. SummitForge Academy may suspend access to digital materials if fees are materially overdue or if a participant engages in abusive conduct toward staff or other attendees. Upon termination, obligations that reasonably should survive—including confidentiality, limitation of liability, and intellectual property—remain in effect. You must cease use of distributed templates except as needed to document work already performed, and destroy confidential handouts upon request where no statutory retention duty conflicts.

User obligations & intellectual property

You agree to provide accurate information in forms, respect other participants’ confidentiality, and not record sessions without explicit written consent from SummitForge Academy and affected attendees. You will not scrape the site, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malware. Intellectual property in curricula, slide frameworks, and bespoke exercises remains with SummitForge Academy unless a written assignment states otherwise; you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for your internal event marketing operations. You may not remove proprietary notices, create confusingly similar derivative brands, or imply endorsement by SummitForge Academy without permission.
