Refund & Cancellation

This policy describes refunds, credits, and cancellation windows for SummitForge Academy programs, including consumer considerations under Republic of Korea law.

Exceptions & non-refundable items

Certain bespoke engagements that include reserved venue blocks or third-party facilitator travel may be non-refundable after a stated deposit milestone. Digital templates delivered immediately after purchase may be non-refundable once downloaded, except where Korean consumer law mandates a cooling-off remedy for distance contracts. If SummitForge Academy cancels a session for reasons within its control, participants receive a full refund or credit without exception fees. Force majeure events may convert refunds to rescheduled credits as described under scope.

Refund process

To request a cancellation or refund, email team@bond-nodesk.one with your order reference, participant names, and reason for the request. We acknowledge receipt within one business day under normal operations and provide a decision timeline based on eligibility rules. Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment path where possible; if that path is unavailable, we coordinate an alternative with fraud checks. Partial refunds, when applicable, are calculated from the unused portion of the program after deducting any non-recoverable costs disclosed in your order form.

Eligibility windows

For standard public cohorts, participants domiciled in Korea may cancel within fourteen days of purchase without stating a reason, provided services have not been fully performed and digital materials have not been released early with consent. After the cooling-off period, cancellations more than twenty-one days before the start date receive a credit for a future cohort or an eighty percent refund. Cancellations within twenty-one days are eligible for a fifty percent credit only, reflecting reserved facilitator time. Corporate master agreements supersede these defaults when signed.

Scope of coverage

This policy applies to training fees paid directly to SummitForge Academy for listed programs on bond-nodesk.one. Third-party event tickets, hotel blocks, or vendor charges arranged for convenience are outside our refund scope; those providers’ policies control. If programs are rescheduled due to severe weather, venue failure, or public safety directives, participants may choose a new date or a refund within thirty days of the announcement. Force majeure does not remove statutory consumer rights but may justify schedule changes instead of immediate cash refunds where permitted.

Processing timeframe

Approved refunds are processed within seven to fourteen business days depending on banking cycles and intermediary processors. Credits for future cohorts remain valid for twelve months unless extended in writing. Charge disputes raised through card networks before contacting us may delay resolution while we gather attendance and delivery records. If a dispute is resolved in our favor, any previously paused services may resume under the original terms.

Include Korean business registration details for your organization if invoiced under a corporate entity. We may request additional verification to prevent fraud. If you are dissatisfied with our determination, you may pursue remedies available under the Consumer Act in Korea or escalate through mediation channels referenced in your enterprise agreement.
